Public land overlays in Google Earth?

I know this has been talked about before, but looking for public land overlays for google earth for the states of Montana and ND. Somebody had posted a link on this before where you clicked on it and it automatically opened up the overlays in google earth and all you had to do was save it in google earth, pretty simple. I had it on my computer but seemed to have lost it. Thanks for the help, you guys Rok! Yea I know, cheesy.
