I had a great experience with OnXmaps customer service today. I ordered the update for my maps, but could not complete the computer download due to me having a MAC instead of windows. My hunting season is about to kickoff, so I didn't want to mail my chip in for them to update. I sent them an email asking if there were any other options, if not I asked for a refund. They replied back the next business day letting me know that they are sending me a new chip with the update installed. I didn't expect this, but great on them. They will continue receiving my business in the future.
