"pretty" rifles

Wanted to get this to the top and hopefully see some more pretty pieces. Have many, kinda been drawn to this one recently after sorting through the safe.
Winchester 70 6.5x55 CRF. I need to get some glass on it and see how it performs.
As I rearranged my safe, and found many old beauties and I started to think about the value we all have in many of these pretty guns. My question is....will these older, collector type guns retain their value with interest seeming to wane with the younger generations? I’m an avid collector of many and hope the interest continues.
Wood stocks will come back in style. Pendulum has swung so far to the "tactical" look that wood will become cool again. These things are cyclical.

This one is sitting at my FFL for when I get back to FL.

Browning BAR 30-06 LH with nickel receiver.

I picked up a factory walnut stock for my Tikka a couple months ago and pillar/glass bedded it. Unfortunately, the barrel is not factory and doesn't match the action and looks like a POS due to the bead blast getting all scratched up already.

What are all of your thoughts on giving this thing some better aesthetics?

Coat everything black so that it looks blued, or coat everything a stainless/whatever color so that it at least all matches? I've never loved the matte blue finish all typical new blued rifles have, but I'm not sure on this one....

Some form of black/blue would be my choice, just such a classic combo

Just recently worked on my R8 to fit my 264 Win Mag barrel for a special hunt in Arizona. Opened up the barrel channel, removed the shiny finish, and put a more proper oil finish on. Wish I had not got rid of my M70 Super Grade in 270 but this one filled that niche and got the job done admirably.

I just brought this home today. Posted locally that I was looking for a REM 700 in 243 that I was going to tear apart for another build.
Someone posted this up and I grabbed it. There’s no way I can break it up though… it’s the nicest looking rifle I own now. The wood and the blueing are great

Sears Model 52 (budget M70) rebarrelled to 6.5x55, mirror polished all metal & had it gloss blued, twiddly bits got the burnt bone treatment (all metalwork by GT Customizing in Casper WY)
I bought the stock on ebay. Stripped off 40-some-odd years worth of varnish & gave it a hand rubbed oil finish (40 coats) Ahlmans in MN did the checkering.

I have a few rifles i find to be pretty. But the prettiest in my opinion is a Ruger M77 Mk ll RSI in 257 roberts. One of 253 i believe, Lipseys exclusive.

That is absolutely beautiful! Too bad it’s a push feed.

I cant find a picture right now but my Ruger No. 1 in .375H&H is my prettiest rifle. If my CZ 527 Lux in 22 Hornet had better wood, it would win.

The nicest rifle I own and was a gift from my wife. .270 WBY. Mag
Used it this year to take the buck in my avatar. Just got done cleaning it up.
