Pre Filter and Bag For Sawyer Squeeze

I know this has been done before but this may be helpful for those that have not seen it. All I did was take a 2L Platypus Platy Bottle and cut the bottom out of it. I bought a 5/8" round hose washer from Home Depot and it fit perfectly into the neck of the cap. Punch a hole out of each corner and use some 550 cord to create a hanging bag and you have a scoop able bag with a built in pre-filter.

I for sure have missed previous discussions on this, so maybe a question or two.

Are you using this rig to scoop/add water to the Sawyer Squeeze bag? Some type of direct connection perhaps?

The Sawyer Mini screws directly on the bag so all I do is scoop and attach a hose to the filter.
