Picking up a Spyder 34 tomorrow.

The new 2011 Hoyt CRX 35
71 lbs @ 30" draw (I usually shoot 29.5 but the 30" felt better)
447 grain arrow at 290 fps
470 grain arrow at 279 fps.

I shoot a 390 grain arrow and at 70 lbs and 29" I'm gettin 318 fps... but this is with a Strother Infinity. 297 at 450 grains sounds alright to me.

you were typing that from the shop!!! hahaha you know my advice run the 447 @ 290 fps!!! That set-up is producing 83.5 foot pounds of KE! I think that'll work for North American Big Game

Not quite, but I did email myself from the shop so I wouldn't forget the numbers.
Thanks for the help with everything, hopefully you enjoyed the lunch once you got to it.
I've always liked an arrow around 430-440, so the 470 is a little more than I normally run anyway.
