I’m happy with my 22 F150 Tremor 3.5, sometimes I kind of wish I waited 1 more year for the 5.0 only reason though so I could throw a supercharger on it. I did invest in a tuner from MPT that’s helped with the shifting which was my main dislike.

Warranty is useless if they can't get the parts just ask the diesel guys with the cp4 pumps...6 month wait on parts before the 20k top end motor rebuild.
The cp4 hasn’t been used in years by GM.

For GM trucks, the CP4 was standard between 2011 and 2016 on the LML and LGH Duramax engines. GM switched to the Denso HP4 in 2017 when they released the L5P Duramax. Ram didn't put a CP4 pump in its trucks until 2019 for the 6.7-liter diesel engine.

You gonna poop? Or get off the pot. I too drug out buying a new pickup. I think it took me almost 6ish months to finally pull the trigger.

Well I pulled the trigger about 6 weeks ago. Drove a couple fords and a couple gms. Landed on a 2025 with the 6.2. All these new trucks are so nice, not sure there’s a wrong answer and they all seem to have a bullet you’re hoping to dodge. We shall see. So far 420 HP and active exhaust sounds a lot more like America than the old faithful 2.8. Wheels, tires, topper and a handful of other items to come once the sting of this purchase wears off.

Thanks for the input everyone!
