Thanks. I have 1000's and 1000's of wildlife and landscape photos sitting in storage in backup hard drives that I am not doing anything with other than posting on forums. I have had a couple of magazine covers though. I take photos mainly for recording keeping of history on bucks.

Not my favorite thing, but what I see as a necessary evil to keep me moving Dec-March. Beats the hell out of snow shoeing.

Quite comforting to have a blazing fire in the backcountry on 4' of snow when the temperature is in the low teens and the trees are covered in frost.

That does look like a road kill by a vehicle. Even then, it would be illegal to take any part of the carcass including the antlers. Typical of poachers in the state also to kill the game and only take the head/antlers.

Apparently he did not like the click of the shutter release. He working that sign post rub on the mesquite to his right when he heard the shutter on my camera.

That was my assumption but I don't know the laws there. I didn't see any entry/exit wounds and thought
it probably was road kill.
