I LOVE this thread. Over Christmas, I upgraded my cell phone. I hope I don't regret it later, but I moved up to the Iphone 7plus because of the improvements in the camera. I will be getting a new phoneskope adapter to go with it, so hopefully it will take some better photos than my 4S did. I also may start trying to bring my go pro, and use the sportsmans mount to get some decent hunter perspective shots, and dabble with some basic video too. We shall see....but the photos yall post in this section are amazing!

I just hope the size of it doesn't become a problem....we shall see.

I just got the 7 as well and also got a new phone skope case for it to use with my spotter. I was tempted to get the plus, but I was also concerned with how big it was and that potentially being a problem. Also, the bigger screen will drain the battery faster, even though I know it's a higher amp-hour battery, screens just require so much power. I'm hoping this combo works out well. But I've also got my Olympus tg-3 as well (that I can mount to my spotter with an adapter) that I need to get better with before I jump down the dslr rabbit hole...

Gonna have to start hiking somewhere else, my pictures are getting redundant. Lazy Mountain is close and a great workout though.

I haven't been out and about for awhile so I decided to go and check out one of the places I like to shed hunt. It wasn't really the best weather day....a little chilly this morning.





I saw a bunch of moose and caribou, some had horns still, and some have dropped.

Even colder this morning huh? It was -51 but my truck never registered less than -40.. yours the same way?
