Heard this was coming and here it is. Not sure if they (Mountain Lion Foundation, Sierra Club, etc.) or other groups have submitted similar petitions in previous years.

I fully expect the CATS Prop 127 folks to submit a similar petition in Colorado. What in the makeup of the commission in Arizona? Any chance it passes?
