@The Fat Coyote care to share what brand you are using?

I ordered from directhealthshop.com - i didn't mention earlier because i didn't want to sound like a schill for a peptide shop. its really hard to discern which places are legit and which ones are riding a hype train.

they're a bit pricier than other online shops but they sell everything you would need so i picked them out of convenience more than anything, their reviews are decent as well.

Man I don't feel like injecting myself daily, any other options?
There’s a nasal spray for BPC-157. Its molecular weight allows it to absorbed through the mucous membranes. It’s the only one that can be administered that way, that I’m aware of.

Amino Asylum has it available from time to time.

I did the ipamorelin regimen twice a couple years ago would do it again, but I don’t think it’s available better sleep less pain more energy better sleep was probably the most noticeable not tired in the middle of the day did the blood work I think it helped with the HGH level don’t remember for sure

Look into PRP as well, I would try this before the peptides as they may have an interference effect.

OP, have you talked to a physical therapist about your shoulder pain? I was having some pain in my release hand, talked to a PT, and got some relief doing some stretching and some banded exercises mostly focusing on external rotation strength and Lat. Dorsi strength.

The stretches I've done are whats called a Sleeper Stretch and also a basic stretch for the bicep using a doorway or wall to hold onto.

Peptides have piqued my interest as well, but I'm not one to experiment with my health and after listening to the Huberman podcast, I'm in no rush to seek peptide use.

Here's another Huberman podcast on peptides.

@awcopeland i have talked to a doctor and he had me do some external rotation workouts with bands. I haven't gone to a PT yet, I'm sure everything will have to prior authorized from my shitty insurance now. but that might be the route to go. Ive actually had good look going to a chiropractor and getting my shoulder adjusted. It worked for about a month, before it did it again. He said it would until my body gets used to it and would heal. Unfortunately he's not around my area anymore.

I’ll give it a listen maybe tomorrow. I honestly don’t see myself truly needing peptides (I’m still young and have never been really badly injured). But I do find human performance interesting.

One month of daily BPC 157 from amino asylum healed a partially torn patellar tendon my dog had last year. The injury was nagging and would not heal for months. BPC plus an ozone round cleared it right up. BPC 157 is not approved for human use anymore because merc decided they want to pursue a designer patent, so they pushed the FDA to restrict it in the meantime. You can still buy it for research purposes. Your dog will thank you.

Ha, I never even thought of for my dog but he does have a nagging case of what the vet thinks is tendinitis. May I ask what size dog you have and dosage that you’ve used? Also, did you do this on your own investigation or did you have a more experienced mentor/doctor or some sort? Genuinely curious not trying to open a can of worms.

Actually spoke to my doctor about this earlier this week. His thoughts were the same as mine that it's a great combo for recovery and healing.

I have a buddy that broke his thumb in a harescramble (yes i beat him, broken thumb was a poor excuse), had surgery, and immediately jumped on this. He swears by it as well.

My doctor was hopeful that RFK would change some things and allow compounding pharmacies to start producing it.

If you need a place for it, shoot me a message.

I love this. Glad I'm not the only one with pets around the house that have benefitted. Had good luck with AA too.

I started BPC-157 injections on 1/7 for a torn rotator cuff. I had surgery on 1/16. I have nothing to compare it to as I had never used it before. But had a trusted friend with first hand experience coach me on it. He had great results with a broken elbow and a knee surgery. I have my post op appointment next week so we will see what my doc says about my recovery. I stopped the hard pain meds after day 2 and I am just taking Tylenol now with virtually no pain.

In the days leading up to my surgery, I made a comment to my wife that my shoulder literally feels fine and I don’t need the surgery anymore . She didn’t go for it. Doctor said that the tear was in better shape than they anticipated once she got in there.

I also used the limitless product. My wife injects me with an insulin needle and you can’t even feel it.
