Paint pen working time

I am trying to find out the working time for using paint pen and the working time for nail polish. I like these as I have had the blue not hold anything because there is still air in the threads.

Use the red loctite or Rockset? Don’t know about the paint pen as red and blue work for me.

Nail polish is about 30 minutes.

Paint pen is about 30 minutes to an hour.
