What's the difference between this tripod and the Xc525c? Is one leg detachable to use as a monopod? I'm about to purchase a tripod and use an outdoorsman pistol grip so I'm not interested in the included head. My use will be with binoculares only. Thanks.

Are the legs on this tripod larger in diameter / more substantial than the Slik MIni?

Would this be considered a 0 series, 1 series, or 2 series tripod?

The difference is this one is smaller and lighter and it is taller. Win, Win, Win and yes one leg unscrews as a monopod. Sorry about yesterday
