OnXHunt Dashed/Morse Meaning

I know that OnX isn't suppose to need a legend or whatever, but I can't figure out what this dashed/Morse code looking line means. Any help? Tapping/holding on screen doesn't do anything.

Not sure but I've notice half the privat land doesn't show anymore. I think they have a system glitch.

This is a line that crosses from BLM straight over private, but disappears when I zoom out. I'm guessing that it's some sort of easement or access over the land, but I'm not 100% sure.

I liked it better before they updated it. Lately, I've had my saved maps not work when offline, layers not load, etc. Technology is irritating.

Same here, failed me last hunt. Offline maps would not load right.
