We didn't run into any issues with the shoulder straps. Adjusted them to fit his torso and swapped belts for his waist size.

I have a terraframe that I still use. Colby I really like your setup with the CP.
On my harness there is a wide strap that goes down the center, it has velcro on it, if you pull it to release it you can move the harness up and down vertically.
There are also adjusters next to the yellow magic wands that you will need to relax or tension when you move the harness up or down.
Here's another shot of them on the bag side with the bag removed
This is the strap you pull to "engage" the magic wands. It should be relaxed when you put the pack on.
SHTF If you need anymore pics let me know. I'm really looking forward to seeing what you end up doing with yours.
I used a Kifaru belt for my buddy. Slipped the power rods into the slot pocket where the duplex would ride and it works great.

Do you know what size the shoulder straps were?We didn't run into any issues with the shoulder straps. Adjusted them to fit his torso and swapped belts for his waist size.

No I don't. It's a large frame. I don't have it in front of me right now but when I can get my hands on it I'll take some general measurements and get back to you

Not sure I understand giving up adjustment. When the power rods are inserted into the slot pocket, I feel they work just like "regular stays".
We've found that having the rods inside the pockets gives it great weight transfer while having them "loose" on the outside of the belt doesn't give as good a transfer. The more we would tighten the straps on the belt the more he rods moved positions but didn't really transfer weight well. YMMV

Is anybody else running kifaru bags on dana frames? I have a nomad coming in the mail later this week, but my Kifaru frame is still a few weeks away from shipping

The rods weren't designed for vertical weight transfer at all, they are to tension the front of the belt and essentially pull it down. With the fixed dana lumbar pad all the vertical transfer is through the metal frame itself. Also if the rods aren't positioned correctly they will just bottom out the webbing without tensioning properly.
whether you find the tension of the rods useful is another matter all together.
There would be no real connection between the bag and frame beyond whatever compression straps you rigged up, the dana frame is much wider and different in every way then the kifaru system.
