Incase anyone is interested in the Miranda case here you go. Once again left media is blowing things up and starting fires where fires don’t exist
The ruling didn’t weaken Miranda in any form, it’s a reminder that until you are actually arrested, any info you give is of your own free will. So in casual conversation a confession is still a confession. On top of that don’t try to sue the officer you freely confessed too.
