NRL hunter - ranging/bino separates

I got a pair of sig kilo3000 binos for 400 bucks (might have been slightly less too) off the classifieds, they do just fine, have AB, and lifetime warranty. Idk if I single piece of gear in nrl hunter makes as much of a difference as rf binos. It’s a time management game and going from binos and handheld rf to rf binos saves a lot of time. I guess if a guy struggles with tripod manipulation that might be a close second

Used the rail mounted bino/RF at a one day march. Definitely better than previously just trying to find stuff with the handheld - especially at this one. For the first half I was omitting the rail with RF already on and then the binos on the clock but then switched to just having them already on the tripod. It didn’t feel like it was the primary reason I suck anyway.

I’m just using one tripod and a shmedium with sand. Walk up to the glassing stake, set down rifle and backpack, set up tripod, throw bag on top, use LRF Binos to find and range targets. Write down dope. Put Binos back in harness, grab rifle, tripod and bag and move to shooting position. Setup however needed, rifle on bipod, rifle clipped in or rifle on bag/tripod. Shoot.

I ended up only using the one tripod also and just set the rail and rangefinder aside if i wanted the tripod for shooting though I never did shoot off it on this match.
