NRL hunter

am I reading this right ? that if I do open light then there is no power factor requirement if using factory 6.5cm ammo? (under c.) I'm not trying game things just my 20in Tikka is too slow with 140s and that'd be cool if I didn't have to worry about that anymore. does it make sense then to shoot 120 grain or 147 match? flatter vs better wind number?

Correct, factory ammo 6.5 and above 120 grain is not required to meet power factor. If you wanted a little more speed I’d look for Berger 130’s or Hornady 140’s.
