Noodle Barrel 6UM

I asked ACE to create a 6mm barrel with the lightest contour possible for my 6UM build, aiming for a total weight of just under two pounds. The barrel is 20 inches long and measures .568 inches at the muzzle. I should be able to shoot with it this weekend.

I shot a ten-round group today. This was rounds 6-15 through the barrel. Nine shots stayed tight, and the tenth decided to do its own thing. The ES sucked, but it is a new barrel, and some of the brass might not be fully formed.

When ordering a Tikka prefit from Ace do you have to adjust the shoulder or finish ream the chamber for headspace to your action or is it just twist it on and shoot?

I thread it on, check headspace and you are good to go. I've got an ACE 6 creedmoor on one of my tikkas and it shoots very good.

Any idea if this is a barrel contour that just anyone can order? I want the exact same barrel in 6mm creedmoor for my daughters tikka
