Non-Resident Nebraska Muzzleloader??

Been looking through regs unsuccessfully - is this something that’ll be offered for the 2021 season? If not, does anyone know of any states where it is?

Nonresidents are only able to get an archery tag or landowner permits and late doe/fawn season.

Wyoming has some muzzleloader/handgun muzzleloader hunts in a 3 or 4 units.

As said, archery only for antelope, and there aren't huge herds. But they can be had.
