Non Alcoholic After dinner drink

Glass bottle Topo Chico, lime juice, plus or minus table spoon syrup made from 1/2 agave and 1/2 water (refrigerate)
 
Peppermint tea with a candied ginger cube, decaf latte or cappuccino, or there's some NA whiskeys out there.
 
Make flavored water. Fill a large pitcher with water and then throw in a combo or fruits and/or herbs then stick it in the fridge. Grapefruit and mint was a combo I enjoyed as well as lemon and rosemary. It’s fun to experiment with and is more interesting than water. Could usually get a few days out of each batch as long as it stayed in the fridge.
 
Quit drinking cold turkey dec 26 2024. So far no problems but do miss having a beer or whiskey after dinner to wind down after days work. Have tried hot tea so far but what else do people recommend? Do try staying away from sugar as much as I can. Thanks in advance.
Topo Chico with a packet of “real lime” is my go to

Topo Chico is often hard to find, so the theme always stays the same, some kind of sparkling water and lime powder. Spindrift is another good option, but topo Chico is the best
 
Nice work! I’m a bubbly drink guy. I enjoy kombucha and the cbd drinks for more of a treat. Try some different flavors, there’s a lot of variety. It’s something about the carbonation for me.
 
Wife and I typically do tea most nights. I’ll have a drink 1-3x/wk depending on how I’m feeling.

It’s a good balance. I’m not going through a bottle of whiskey a week now, and haven’t quit completely. I used to believe “moderation is for suckers” but…
 
I eat out of a lunch box 40 weeks of the year. Every morning I split a Crystal Light pitcher packet between 3 32 oz canteens. Which probably isn’t the best but by the end of day I make sure there gone. So just looking for something different. Some days it’s just water with good shot of lemon juice. CDL drug test shuts down the gummy’s.
 
I really like carbonated water. Polar has a cherry limeade flavor that is absolutely delicious.
 
Time to quit the "I need a drink to wind down" phase.
I agree with this type of thinking.

However, this is my go to when I know folks will be drinking "brown" at my house.

Put 1 quart of water and 8 peppermint tea bags in a Nalgene. You don't need to heat the water. Stick this container in the fridge at least one day before the event.

You can enjoy it neat or on the rocks.

Congrats on quitting! Im on month 3 myself. I like a good herbal tea, Evening in Missoula is my go to. If I'm out to dinner I like a decaf coffee. If I'm with friends that are drinking I found it helps to have an NA beer around.
