New Mystery B&T suppressor

Now on B&T's website, but without many details:

Looks kinda "cheap" in their close up pics, but the end cap looks like it's probably removable.

Anyone order one? I’m really close to pulling the trigger. Or am I nuts? It would be my first suppressor

If you want to be one of the first with it, pull the trigger. B&T is a pretty reputable suppressor manufacturer. It won't be your last suppressor :)

B&T 22 can is worst that you can get. Can arrived with shaving inside. Supressor body Rocksett to DT end cap, otherwise it getting loose. B&T RBS 308 was a flamethrower. B&T never reached back to me after I tried phone, email, social media.

Can arrived like this from SS.

SS did mislabel my raptor as in stock when it wasn’t. Was on hold for 20 minutes and got a call center dude who knew nothing and kept calling it the F22 raptor. Tried to get me to switch to the in stock warthog. Then when I said I was as not pleased to have ordered a back ordered product when it shows in stock all he offered up was to cancel the order.

In case you weren't aware, the AB Raptor SKU suffix is: AB F22- so the customer service rep you spoke with wasn't wrong when referring to it as the F22 Raptor.

Stress shopping because of my dog's diabetes issues and thinking of taking one for the team in this Ranger. I got some clarification from SS, no listed barrel restrictions and the front cap is NOT removable which is kind of a big issue for me because I don't care for brakes. Baffles are apparently removable for cleaning.

B&T makes some amazing suppressors. I have shot a couple and was thoroughly impressed, and they were very well made. I have the print-x ranger waiting for approval. I got it over the banish backcountry and the scythe ti to use specifically on my a new 7mm backcountry rifle. Those were the only 3 lightweight suppressors I was interested in that the manufacturer’s specifically told me were approved for the pressures of the 7mm backcountry. I have had great luck speaking with support at B&T and had all the same questions everyone here has had. It is rated for all .30 cal magnum rounds and they suggest not using it on a barrel shorter than 10”. Since it’s 3d printed, there are no welds to fail. For what I need for this specific rifle, it fit the bill perfectly. But, for me it was for a very specific use. If I was going to buy a suppressor for most other calibers or I was going to swap it between rifles, it probably wouldn’t have been my choice, as I have plenty of other cans. I do find it weird that there is hardly any available info out there on this specific suppressor. I can give a review once I have it. There has been a ton of recent technology improvements in these 3d printed suppressors. I don’t think I will be disappointed.

Thanks for that and yes very interested in seeing what you think of it after getting it. Did the Nomad XC not make the requirements? I need 1 more Can for the rotation and already have an XC but haven't shot it yet, debating whether to just get another one or something else.

I honestly didnt call Dead Air to see if they recommended the nomad for the 7mm backcountry. I think alot of these suppressors are totally capable of handling it but since it’s new and has such a high chamber pressure they are reluctant to say it’s safe to use. I think the Nomad XC is a great suppressor though. There are so many good suppressors available now, and with wait times only a couple days I’d say buy another one. I’d get something else so you have choices. But that’s just my opinion.all my rifles have different and dedicated suppressors that suit each rifles need. It’s an addiction🤣

Why don’t you care for brakes? Curious because I don’t know anything about why you would or wouldn’t

I don't shoot for fun so everything is pretty much just hunting with no ear pro. My dislikes with brakes are they sacrifice sound suppression and can blow dust up when shooting prone.
