I'd say everyone has a good idea on the 21st based on previous years, but the real question is, what date did you really start checking your NM App on your phone every day? I'll admit, I've already opened it a few times....

If you have a NM hunt, most of them are early enough that you can get a bull to bugle at you at night. Go out at 3am and road bulge or bugle over canyons you can walk into. When you find a willing contestant, go in first thing and kill him. If not get high and glass glass glass, they're big, yellow, and predictable.

Are you talking about the last edit date for carcass tag options on the applications? If so that was April 1 and not an indication that the draw was happening or near complete.

...over on MM a couple of NMG&F members are saying apps are up roughly 63k this year from the 220,000 +/- apps last year!

The published draw results date this year is 4/28 and for the last 5 years the results have been earlier than the published date but they didn’t tip their hand as to when they will release this year. If you call the party line will be 4/28.

Good luck everyone I think we are all going to need it more than ever this year with the substantial increase in applicants!

Dang, I didn't. Wish I did though so I could use it as an excuse as to why I lost, I mean why I didn't get my tag.

Does anyone remember what day they released last year?

I was thinking it could be today, but not so far. As much as I don't want to wait until next week I am sure it will probably be some time next week.

I did notice that the order of my applications changes every time I refresh for everything except oryx, elk, and deer. They are at the bottom and they don't move or change places. Thought it was strange, but other than my own OCD I doubt it means or proves anything.

Iraq Veteran and MOB so my odds for antelope, elk, and oryx are about 20% for the units I applied for.

I was also thinking that whatever day it came out I was already at home when it came out. So it was after 1700 but I am not sure when.
