I hope they make it where we have to front the $$ for the tags too. Refunds come when the tags are all spoken for.

People bitched about not wanting to come to Idaho to buy their tags.....reap what you sew.

The big debate in the other thread is whether that will decrease or increase the # of folks competing for the same tags.
