Have any others had issues getting CS to apply your discount code retroactively? They’re trying to tell me I was never on the list even though I signed up and received what I thought were the emails previous to the sale (shown below). Maybe I signed up for the wrong list? At the end of the day it’s only 10%… but it’s the principle of the thing.

Hey Levy, I went ahead and refunded you for the discount difference. Based on your screenshots you did sign up for the list targeted to our "regular" audience vs the links we had in rokslide, exo's podcast, etc. Clearly you were on our broader email list though, so I took care of that for you. I also pointed this out to our CS team so hopefully this isn't the case for others going forward. Thanks!

Thanks for taking care of that Tayson - means a lot! Thought I had signed up using the links on the Exo podcast, but apparently went wrong somewhere. Appreciate you standing behind it regardless. Excited to get these things out in the field!

Hey Everyone, Tayson here with OV. Just wanted to say thank you for turning out for the pre-sale launch! You exceeded our estimates (that we thought were high already) by a good margin! So thank you for that! I grew up hunting my whole life and more specifically enjoy hunting the backcountry and staying mobile! When I started the company 11 years ago I really wanted it to be a hunting company, but decided to stay more broad before I launched it. I'm super excited to be able to launch pieces more directly built for hunting world after all these years!

I also wanted to give a big thankful shout out to Steve and Mark of Exo and all of the other testers that put days, miles and time into the development and refinement of these pieces! They are significantly better for you help! Thanks again everyone and we can't wait to get these products into your hands as fast as we possibly can!

Unfortunately it won’t be here in time for my caribou hunt the first week of sept, but I should have it for my moose hunt in mid sept.

Glad to see yall making some hunting focused stuff. Knew you hunted when I found the company a few years ago, figured it would just be a matter of time.
