The largest lot to lot variation I’ve seen was a new lot of 105 Hybrids. The new lot had a noticeably longer bearing surface and velocity bumped up 45fps out of my 6GT, but actually group slightly better and SD’s shrunk. These lots were roughly 1.5 years apart.

Landed on the 109’s out of a new 20” 243AI. Pretty consistent .5MOA gun with these. Not too shabby for a sub 6lb backpack rifle.

.728” BTO / 1.325” OAL and Midsouth is usually where I get my Hornady 500 ct packs.
