Nevada 2nd Draw Results

Just wanted to throw this out there for others because I noticed a "glich" in the kalkomey system that may have cost you a tag. I put in for 3 choices in the 2nd draw with my third choice being a fairly certain to draw archery deer tag. Got the unsuccessful email yesterday and had to investigate. I noticed that my application stated I only applied for one choice as did my receipt. Being certain that was false I checked my buddies app who I helped and his was the same. I printed out his original receipt and it shows all of his choices. Something in the software must have messed up. I suggest checking your apps if you were also unsuccessful and put in for more than one choice.

Yep, same with mine. Multiple choices and with a high percentage on the second. I called and the rep told me "they're not being very nice getting us the results". Not sure what that meant, but...

I wonder if there will be any left for the first come first serve...

Interesting .. when you say "rep" are you referring to the NDOW customer service?

I talked to Kalkomey. They were clueless.

They had NDOW call me. The lady explained it had something to do with the way Res and NR were combined in the draw. She assured me all 5 choices were looked at just like in the main draw.

She also said there were a lot of apps. Especially from NR. I thought sure I would get an archery tag, but no go for me.

I did hear of a guy burning 4 points on an area 18 bow tag. I think there was a lot of demand.

If someone finds out something different post it up.
