Best draw odds in Nevada/AZ?

I’m starting to prepare for what I want to draw for next year and figured I’d ask here first before I spend a ton of time trying to figure it out.

I have residency in NV. 0 points for anything and am curious. What is the best/easiest tag to draw as a resident here?

Also, my brother/dad have residency in AZ and they are both curious as well what is best/most likely tag to draw with 0 points.
