Need pics of shortened Tikka tx3's without suppressor (16, 17 and 18 inch barrels)

I'd be very interested to see any pics that you might have of your tx3 with original stock and an original barrel shortened to either 16, 17 or 18 inches. Would like to get a feel for the aesthetics of that short of a barrel. Considering shortening my 6.5 creed that much. An added bonus would be with a SWFA 3-9 mounted on top.

Luke if you see this, don't you have some at 16.5? I've wondered why the .5, and I'm sure you have a reason.

I would wager the .5 is just a safe buffer between legal and getting your dog shot by the ATF

Yup. The .5 is just a buffer so you don't break any federal laws.

I have a Tikka T3x superlite getting cut/threaded right now. Due to the flutes in the barrel they can only cut/thread it so far. The smith said he can probably chop off about 2" so I'll see when I pick it up. I have an SWFA 3x9 on there as well and can post some pics when I get it back if you want.
