Hey Guys,

Well...I just got my new Kifaru pack in the mail yesterday! Looks awesome!! Just in time for a big grizz hunt I'm going on next week!

Its a DT1 with a Grab-It, 2 small pockets for the waistbelt, and a couple other little accessories. Overall...I LOVE the look and feel of this pack. Very cool and very nicely built.

I've worn MR stuff for the past 5-6 years almost 100%. I owned a used Longhunter years ago but it was used and abused and didnt fit me well. This pack is miles ahead of it!

I'm looking forward to seeing how this pack fits on some longer hikes, but overall I'm really excited to be a current MR convert to Kifaru!

Haha ya, its an interesting switch for sure!

I've always been completely happy with MR, just decided it was time for a 'change' to see if there was something better out there. Only time will tell!

Nice change, I'd say. I tried a MR, my first real pack. Not for me, just could not get a good fit with any sort of weight. As far as I am concerned, Kifaru packs are far ahead of MR, and MR is no slouch.

Haha! Hand me down or not, my next pack won't be a Kifaru... Glad you guys are happy with your purchases though.
