Mystery Animal in Pic

This pic was taken in northwest Montana January of last year. It's a coworkers picture and we have been bouncing around what type of animal is in the lower left corner. What do you guys think?

The photo was taken in January, so I think it would be classified as an Abominable Snowman since he would've had his winter coat. Not 100% sure on that though.

I'm gonna go with this as well, or a wolverine, Maybe a coon., definatly not big enough for a wolf. Tuff to really tell

Looks like a fat squirrel tick to me, drinkin' a red bull. But the resolution is so grainy it could be a squatch's teet
