Yes it is. Its arguably the most undesirable most poorly thought out subdivision on the planet. Is this that subdivision on OnX?
Looks pretty odd having all the circles inside a larger land ownership.
I feel like hes here to suck me in and troll me to be honest. You have to be trolling here. Nobody is actually this naive...
I'd build a big round yurt right up to the setbacks in the middle of the lot.Looks pretty odd having all the circles inside a larger land ownership.
Lol trusting a realtor. When my Cody's Country lot is purchased, we're going to plant our 30' travel trailer there for now, using it as a base, till I build the house. won't have electric off the bat but will run my generator as there's no shut off time regs, but good news, my realtor confirmed that I can install a quick and easy DIY septic system using plastic barrels.
Troll you? I don't even know you. I didn't seek you out on this thread, I was wondering if anybody knew the scoop on the Cody's Country subdivision and you volunteered info.I feel like hes here to suck me in and troll me to be honest.

Yes I would assume we dont know each other. My comment was hypothetical, as we're the statements that came before it accusing you of being a troll.Troll you? I don't even know you. Maybe the O.P. should look at far northern California,Check out Shelter Cove. Sits right on the pacific ocean , Blacktail deer & elk in the yards, Go fishing for crab, salmon, bottom fish off the front porch practically and lots are only $5000 - $15,000. It's pretty much the same situation as the Wyoming property, It's not what they tell you, It's what they don't tell you.
As some one who's put ALOT of time, thought, travel, research and money into this very subject myself...this was my thought/hope...this guy cant be serious. You have to be trolling here. Nobody is actually this naive...
I think I’ll get my realtor license and start pimping land in Jeffrey City….Give me a little time, I will write something up about beautiful, vibrant Shoshoni. Where no one cares if you live in your camper.
I’d like to offer my revolutionary Ziploc bag septic system! No digging necessary!I think I’ll get my realtor license and start pimping land in Jeffrey City….
Beautiful town.I think I’ll get my realtor license and start pimping land in Jeffrey City….
I dunno I actually like that Jeffrey City/Muddy Gap area. But I also like a lot of the wide open sagey stuff here that many don’t. A lot of the state is an acquired taste. Maybe the same goes for how some realtors “see” Cody Country? HahaI think I’ll get my realtor license and start pimping land in Jeffrey City….
Going to leave the East, hopefully, and head to Cody, the Wapiti Valley, road to Yellowstone. Looking at some property in a development called Cody's Country. Quite a few foreclosures and delinquent tax sale lots available. Haven't physically toured the development yet so, those who know the area, please chime in
