Moving to Wyoming - maybe!?

When my Cody's Country lot is purchased, we're going to plant our 30' travel trailer there for now, using it as a base, till I build the house. won't have electric off the bat but will run my generator as there's no shut off time regs, but good news, my realtor confirmed that I can install a quick and easy DIY septic system using plastic barrels.
Lol trusting a realtor.

Realtors that know anything other than opening a door and filling out a cookie cutter contract are rare. Talk to some actual professionals.

Edit: Yep being trolled. OP joined yesterday and definitely a regular user here getting some laughs in. Probably related to the other threads being posted with ridiculous "wants" and moving to the west. Good one haha.

There is a reason why RV parks in Montana/Wyoming aren't open half of the year. If it's a remote area, you might or might not be able to keep bears and other critters out of the RV during the rest of the year.

If there are foreclosures, I'd work on finding a property that's already built. Building a house is frequently more than buying one that needs a bit of updating. There are a lot of unknowns building a house, and building is slow at times due to weather. Fwiw, you might also price a septic system and find out if it's even possible where you are thinking about buying.

I feel like hes here to suck me in and troll me to be honest.

Troll you? I don't even know you. I didn't seek you out on this thread, I was wondering if anybody knew the scoop on the Cody's Country subdivision and you volunteered info.

Yes I would assume we dont know each other. My comment was hypothetical, as we're the statements that came before it accusing you of being a troll.

You still have an open invitation to PM me to discuss the subdivision with someone who knows all the ins and outs. Seems weird you havent jumped on that offer as it seems like it is the premise of your entire thread.

Maybe the O.P. should look at far northern California,Check out Shelter Cove. Sits right on the pacific ocean , Blacktail deer & elk in the yards, Go fishing for crab, salmon, bottom fish off the front porch practically and lots are only $5000 - $15,000. It's pretty much the same situation as the Wyoming property, It's not what they tell you, It's what they don't tell you.

Out of curiosity what are you saying they don't tell you about shelter cove. I've seen it's more affordable.
