Of course I am not familiar with the country, but I have had good experiences
finding animals dead in or by a water source, for course eagles, ravens , magpies, ect are a great way to find stuff
best o luck 🙏🙌🏻🙏

Good on you for sticking with it! It probably still stings but perseverance is a worthy attribute in a hunting partner and person.

How far did he go? How did you find him, shear luck, birds, random?
Yes I hate wounding game
He went about a half a mile and was 3 drainages from where I hit him. We found him by the birds. Saw them going in and out of the cut
So happy right now

Man what a story from start! Congrats on the kill and heck of a man to not keep hunting and sticking with it.

Great to hear and what a relief I’m sure. Your persistence is admirable. Unfortunately we don’t always see folks do what they need to do in these situations that these days. Was very happy to check in and read you’ve recovered him!!

Congratulations. Good work on the recovery. Shit happens in the heat of the moment, glad you were able to find the ram.
