Brother you couldn't be further from the truth. Thanks for the warm welcome though, long time lurker here. I've mostly been over on LRH since 2014 and the Hide since 2013. I've got nothing to promote and nobody to impress, just here to share my limited knowledge and mostly learn from others experiences.

Free handing on the grinder on a 220 belt (with no cooling) then straight to a buffing wheel with compound. No checking for apex, no checking for burrs, etc etc. I think the main thing was the guy in the video obviously had no idea what he was talking about
