Minor Limb Damage?

It has happened on most Hoyts I have owned. I just had it on my rx1 but Hoyt warranted it and shop replaced for zero out of pocket.

I also shot it for a year like that before I had them fixed. It isn’t going to break on you. They are durable.

One of my Hoyts name is master splinter it has had so many.

I agree with the splintering repair described above. I’ve done it on Hoyt and Matthews bows. But to me the pics from OP look like impact damage. Normally splintering goes in 1 direction, not 2.
