Meopta Optika vs. Meopro Opinions Wanted

I'm wanting an 8x42 pair of binocs for whitetail hunting from elevated blinds in fields. I like what I've seen about bang for the buck with Meopta products. Do any of you guys have direct experience with both the Optika and Meopro and could you share your thoughts on them? Basically, does the Meopro offer enough as far as an upgrade to be worth the additional cost?

I have the MeoPro's in 10x42 and am very pleased with them.

I looove my optika binos. But I'm cheap, very cheap. There's some new ones, air I think. Don't know much about them

I also have the 10x42 Meopros, and am very happy with them. No experience with the optikas though. When I was buying them I bought the meopros and the Maven C1 to test. I would highly recommend comparing a couple of pairs if you can. I would second the advice about Doug at CameraLand, he is excellent to work with.

The Meopro is a better built product than the Optika but optically very close
