Elite Varos or Darton Tritech ?

Everyone's going to have their brand they prefer. I've shot both brands, but haven't shot elite in awhile.

I have a darton now, last years Sequel ST2, so maybe I've got recency bias...the draw is amazing and the the tritech has the same cam, but with 1/4 draw adjustments.

I would go with the Darton for me. Lighter. 4.6lbs vs 4.75lbs. One video I watched clocked the Elite at 4.9lbs. The tritech has all the tuning you would need, with the limbs, timing, and roller slide. Interchangable grips. 1/4 in draw adjustment, and it comes with a comfort and speed mod standard.

The elite is also a good bow and you can't go wrong. I know Outdoor life just gave the Elite Varos the bow of the year if that matters to you...

Both are good, just a preference thing I guess.

I'm fairly new to the bow scene. Jumped in last year with both feet and got a Phase 4 33. Enjoy shooting it and started tinkering. Went to ATA show this January with a buddy and shot everything there. Some better than others, but long story short...a couple of weeks ago I ended up with a TriTech 33. That thing shoots amazing. I've had some other die-hard Mathews guys shoot it and are amazed at how smooth the draw it and how dead it feels when the shot breaks. I picked up my Phase 4 and shot it the other day and boy does it feel weird now. One of my buddies has a brand new Arc 34 that he's selling because he got a new TriTech 33.

Go shoot both and see for yourself, but the TriTech is very hard to beat.

Whichever one feels the best in your hand when you pick it up and when you shoot it. You’re the one who is shooting it, not me.
Both are probably good bows. I’ve shot several Elites, never owned a Darton.

Really comes down to personal feel, don't think you can really go wrong any of the brands. They're all very similar.
