Did you shoot them prior to bedding? Any appreciable difference?

When I spoke with Josh he said bedding would be unnecessary
I have a McMillan game warden LR that was inletted for my kelbly action, and was planning on bedding it. Before I got around to bedding it, i shot a proven load with it. It'll shoot 10 round .6-.8" groups on demand without bedding. Needless to say I left it alone. I'm going to try the same load with the MT LR when it gets here to see if the same thing happens.

This one is for a Kelbly as well. Shot great in a chassis I had sitting around. Hoping it does as well in the McMillan without needing bedding

I'd be willing to bet you'll have similar results. From what I've seen so far McMillans inlet work is top notch and their stocks are very rigid.

Funny you mention a chassis, that's what I moved my kelbly barreled action back and forth between a XLR chassis and that stock and haven't had any negative effects on poi or accuracy.
