Maven RS1.2 VS Maven RS.3

Looking for input, experience, and insight into the Maven RS1.2 and Maven RS3 - both highly renowned with the RS1.2 being a little more loved it seems.

I like the extra magnification of the RS3 chasing open country deer but the recent drop test / review results of the RS1.2 are very enticing.

Just put the maven rs1.2 on my brother in laws rifle and myself being a nightforce guy I am very impressed with everything so far clarity it good eye relief is good scope tracks perfect zero stop is easy to adjust this is my first time with a maven I will be ordering one for my kids rifles soon can't speak of longevity after field use but a few range trips and keeping zero and putting it thru a tall turret test everything checks out I wouldn't hesitate to but it

I recently picked up a rs3.2 because I couldn’t get my hands on a 1.2. The extra magnification is more than I need, but I’m figuring that the middle of the mag range should look great. I am looking forward to mounting it!

If the 3 is similar to the 1.0. It should be decent. That being said the 1.0 did not pass the drop test. It wanted to, tried and was close, but not a 100% pass. I still have a RS1.0. On a 223 I need to sell.
