Handled one in a shop a few months back and it felt similar to other budget rifles (Ruger American, Mossberg Patriot, ect...).

Took a custom rifle built off a Mauser action to a gun show last year. Damn near couldn’t give it away. And I’m talking a rifle built by a gunsmith that’s was a really nice rifle.

I shot a 7mag purchased off of euro recently. I was really impressed. Lot of rifle for the money. Not ultralight, but the right weight for a 7mag in my opinion. Balanced well.

Wasn’t saying they wasn’t a good rifle. Just that they don’t resale very good.
Got a buddy that’s on the gun business. Told him about the prices on Euro cause they were so cheap. Said we ought to be able to buy several and resale. He told me they’d never sale.

So I dropped it. Cause he knows his stuff. That’s all I’m saying.

Thanks for the thoughts. I’m a lefty so will not be buying at this time but wanted to see how these were stacking up.

I'm thinking that maybe the Sauer 100 rifles are suffering from a similar "image problem". I heard that the Sauer and the Mausers use the same magazines. Might be worth a gamble at the prices both rifles are selling for.
