Mathews 2026 Bows

“Just understand the biggest advantage you are gaining is that warm fuzzy feeling you get knowing you have a new bow.”

I dont need that explained to me. I’m aware.

I called in sick today and I’m about to go to the shop and order some warm fuzzies.

Love Mathews but I haven’t seen them do anything that has made me spend the money out of my V3X yet. So I have went PSE the last two years.

No shame to those who do, it’s all for fun.

The trouble is I don’t know how to get rid of the old models that become virtually worthless in resale markets after a year or two.

The “old” bows only lose their value when you stop using them.

A Z7 will kill everything the ARC does in the woods.

I still love pulling out my Creed XS. I was a doomsday prepper with that one and got 2 extra sets of limbs, a cam, idler wheel and some strings. I can rebuild it several times, but new warm fuzzies are always fun. Just not in my budget every year.

I went to my shop and shot a ARC 30 and a Hoyt Ax3. I currently shoot a LiftX 29.5. I'll say all 3 are great bows. I didn't notice anything drastic with the ARC. I didn't shoot the Z mod. In my opinion the Hoyt had a better smoother draw and less hand shock. Not by much though. I think i'll stick with my Lift X this year and look into getting a RX10 at close out next year. They currently had RX9'a discounted down to $1500 which is barely more than the two jew aluminum bows I shot.
