Maple Blueberry Venison Sausage

Has anyone made this or had it made?

Looking for ingredients. Kind of hard to come by.

I see a lot for pork. With that, could I substitute the pork for venison or should it be a 50/50 split instead?

I'd go 50/50 at a minimum. I don't care for dry sausages.
