Maple Blueberry Venison Sausage

Has anyone made this or had it made?

Looking for ingredients. Kind of hard to come by.

I see a lot for pork. With that, could I substitute the pork for venison or should it be a 50/50 split instead?
 
I would add pork at 60/40 split.Vension is to dry for me.You could also add some bacon.Good luck
 
Sounds tasty to me. Would like to see some of the finished products if you have any pics.

Side note.

My favorite snack stick for awhile has been pinnapple blue cheese. Sounds weird but it works.
 
Got the sausages and tried them. Man they are awesome! Entire family loved them. Definitely will be getting more next year or maybe turn some of the ground beef I have into more blueberry sausage. I have 67lbs of ground venison currently. But 25lbs is already taken for ground form venison bacon. Which is also very good. Last year experimented with mixing maple syrup and brown sugar in 1 batch. Turned out very good.
