Macro tracking

I know that macro tracking is important... I've struggled to make it a habit.

What tracking app is the best/easiest?
Are there any good free ones?
 
They're all pretty much the same
I generally recommend people start with one of the free apps like My Fitness Pal
Food scales are critical for tracking if you really want to get a handle on it.

If you are struggling a bit, just commit to doing it for 1 week. It'll change how you look at food/nutrition for the rest of your life, even if you never track again.
 
Having used many for years, the best is currently Macrofactor. If you cant swing the price, then Myfitnesspal or chronometer are good alternatives.
