Overall, this bow is straight up impressive. Tuned up very easy bullet holes effortlessly through paper at 15 yards with a bare shaft, translated perfectly over to the fletch shafts as expected. Somehow PSE managed to make this bow even Quieter then its predecessors, and still quieter then my XF33 which I wasnt sure I could get any quieter then I had that bow. This Mach 33 is quiet enough that on the shot all I'm hearing is a thump, and then my hinge reset to the fire position.
The bow balances well and holds incredibly steady on target, this bow almost wont allow you to torque it. it can be done but it is a feat.
The PSE line up the last few years has been a breeze to set up and get shooting straight. If you have seen my thread on my process is the tuning sub category you'll get a deeper dive into that process. But everything running down the middle as always, bare shaft 3,9,12,15 yards through paper and it has been a laser.
Forgiveness this bow seems to make up for my human error more so then my previous personal bow, which is a welcomed addition to my stable. After my initial tune up and getting sight marks I stepped back to 100 yards and launched a fixed blade and field tip. both landed in the 4 Inch dot. I can normally produce pretty accurate long range groups but it usually takes some fine tuning. Once I dial in my bars a little more I have no doubt this bow can stack them in there a little tighter then that even. I CANT SEEM TO MAKE A MISTAKE WITH THIS BOW
Very impressed with this offering for 2025, I do not buy brand new bows very often. but this one will stay in the stable for quite some time. Im not a PSE fan boy, Ive shot and owned every brand you can think of, as well as worked on them all. However, year over year I shoot a plethora of bows and end up buying the ones that fit my needs and gets me excited and as of the last 3 years, PSE has been the one to do that. Who knows maybe in 2 or 5 years I'll be shooting another manufacturer, but if you're on the fence about the MACH 33 I highly recommend picking one up.
