GEARDO , first ya gotta get a grounhod, grind him up stuff in some hog intestines (cleaned or un-cleaned your choice) then cook like any other hot dog. BUT CRISPY DOES SOUND GOOD ALSO, SIDE NOTE THEY ARE ALSO GOOD WITH SHAKE AND BAKE IN THE OVEN. Old buddy from WVA recipe
