Leica geovid 8x42 or 8x56

Hey guys trying to decide between Leica Geovids 8x42 or 8x56. Any benefits between the two, mostly going to use them for bow hunting. Wanted to see what your guys thoughts are . And if any one has one for sale send me a pm. Thanks

i would imagine the 56 flavor will be much heavier and bigger. idk about the rest of you, but smaller size gets the nod from me when it comes to stuff i have to carry

I have had geovid 10x42’s for 3 years and love them. I have no experience with any 8x. I only really bowhunt also, I can easily fit on 1 hand the times I use a rifle each year. You may still want to keep a rangefinder on the side though as the binoculars are a bit of a handful to check range one handed when in close.
