Laser powering solar array

Anyone ever test out their RF to see if it can power a solar array to any extent?

Came across this gem and thought a rf with proper cooling and a constant power source would be an easy test article.

Didn’t read the article but is this in line with you think you are going to power a laser of some sort and point it at a PV array and some how produce more energy that you are expending?
