Lake City LR brass with Crimped Primers?

A few months ago I picked up a few hundred "once fired" LC LR 7.61x51 brass to use for reloading. Most of it was headstamped 2011 and is as expected without crimped primer pockets. The rest of the brass is headstamped 2021-2023 and all has crimped pockets except for a few 21's. Yes it is all stamped LC LR. Anyone have a similar experience or know if LC changed their process and are now crimping LR brass?

I think it's contract dependent...didn't the LC plant get taken over by a new company recently?

EDIT: looks like WInchester operates the LC facility since 2020. That could be the reason. In 2011, ATK was operating the plant
