We killed deer when the weather was good and the cameras came out. We spent 3 1/2 days in the tent and when we left it was supposed to blow 100 mph. We got a little bit of everything. Ed F

Gotta love Kodiak in the fall. If you're not weathered in your tent for at least a couple days, chances are you're not hunting Kodiak. On a couple occasions I've been up in goat country and had those BIG blows come in, that's usually when things start to get interesting and you get to see how well your shelter is made. Those storms usually save themselves for October though.
way to go! just got back myself from the south end but didnt get to hunt much. went for a week and 2nd day in my brother fell extremely ill.hes doing great now and look forward to going back one day.
